Friday, April 3, 2015 - rhis was just a wonderful wine, nose is loaded with green apple, flint, crushed rocks, lemon rind and a dried flower note, palate is high acidity that knows it's place providing persistence and freshness yet doesn't rob any of the chalky, apple, pear lemon rind flavour
