Saturday, August 6, 2022 - Initial decant of 2 1/2 hours. Held up nicely. Purple fruit and dark cherry… a little tobacco on the finish Fine grain and fully integrated tannins Easy to enjoy … and great with a medium rare filet with wild mushroom bordelaise.

Finish second half the next day and enjoyed just the same.
