Sunday, November 3, 2013 - A little petillance of youth, big blast of apple fruit, quite sweet, excellent acidity. At this stage the best apple cider ever, but of course there is also nice minerality, a bit of strawberry if you look for it (from a portion of the vineyard with different geology than the rest). Liked more than any Loosen wine in quite a while.
A pleasure now, undoubtedly different pleasures to come.
