Friday, January 22, 2016 - (From 375ml) Bright gold. Rich nose of apricot, orange, and honey. Honey and apple on the palate. Round and sweet, a little too polished, in need of more acidic grip. Very little botrytis, if any. Not sure how this will evolve given its light structure.
