90 Points

Monday, June 8, 2015 - Racion (highly recommend ordering one of each of their sherries by the glass--they are all great and very different in character, and dry). Dark amber color; toffee, caramel with sweet raisin aromas, although a touch of RS, still on the dry side, with medium body. Good complexity, awesome with the Brulee Capra cheese. All PX from Montilla-Moriles made in the Amontillado style with no fortification (wines don't need it in M-M). Really lovely and complex, although a crowd pleaser too becasue of candied notes and touch of sweetness.
