Friday, June 13, 2014 - If you want a good dry wine, this is it. We paired with grilled chicken and it was superb. A little breathing time made the taste open up. Have three more bottles and hope they are as good as this one. Also drank a bottle at the winery a month ago. That wine was also very good paired with a cheese and cracker assortment.
