Sunday, May 17, 2015 - A tiny, pleasant tannic bite on the finish at this juncture. This really needs time; the fruit only presented itself after an hour and a half of airtime. More beautiful lightweight tart cherry jam, smouldering fire smoky allusions near the finish. Just think what these will be like in a couple years....
