Saturday, February 6, 2016 - From memory...light body, very rustic and herbal, nice acidity, interesting wine. These are quite unlike any PN i've had outside of the Loire. Imagine cab franc without the tannins or the body. Pretty versatile, but go with charcuterie, roast chicken, roasted veg.
