Thursday, April 25, 2019 - Classic Producers in Classic Vintages make beautiful wine babies! This bottle of '67 Gaja Barbaresco was firing on all cylinders. Speaks to the testament of aged nebbiolo. Mature but still intense and layered nose of dried rose petals, sweet tobacco, tea leaves and coffee beans. The palate is complex and lively with incredibly dusty tannins and great acidity.
