Sunday, November 2, 2014 - 100% sauvignon blanc from a blend of 3 vineyards (crus). The French oak gives it a bit of richness and darker yellow color than most wines of this varietal. Peach notes, lower acid than most sauv. blanc -- makes it taste more like chardonnay.
