Tuesday, August 19, 2014 - Fleeting nose, with a hint of tart apple and brine. Hard to describe on the palate; initial flavors of Macintosh apple, some animal fur mid-palate, finishing with a dollop of lemon drop candy on the finish. Could use a bit more acidity.
