Tuesday, November 28, 2023 - 20 years old, surprisingly fresh! Tasted like Sauternes light. Peaches, honey, some white flowers and a touch of candied orange peel and some very light forest floor notes in the far distance. Medium finish with some oxidation notes on the end. First time trying this style and wanted to try a younger one because I have some 80s vintages in the cellar that I'm still aging. Not disappointed at all and can't wait to try and 40 year old ones soon!
