Tuesday, March 8, 2011 - What an elegant treat. It's gold in color, viscous and luscious. This wine will only improve for another 2 years. Roussanne is a very good aging white when made in the right style and Tablas Creek did it here. All thick with minerals, green melon, light citrus and honey notes that are vibrant and fresh yet coats the palate with richness. Perfect and long finish that feels like it's still on its way up. A very special wine.
