Thursday, February 5, 2015 - Tasting in Châteauneuf-du-Pape; 2/5/2015-2/7/2015 (Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Southern Rhône, France): Ripe, full throttled, with dark red fruit and some floral notes. Dense, dark and juicy on the palate. Earth and white pepper, too. Finishes with fine, chewy tannins and good acidity. This is a big, intense wine!
