Thursday, January 8, 2015 - Very simple. Deliciously bright apple and honeysuckle you would expect. Not as rich and flavorful as the #09 of the same vintage though. Almost none of the diesel or influence of mold on the cork.

Worth noting the cork was almost entirely consumed by the same mold growing on the #10 corks, but without any of the flavor apparently passed to my glass.
