Tuesday, February 17, 2015 - Aroma: smoky, musty, spicy Palate: cherry pie spices, fruity, lingering cherry taste on tip of tongue, bitter coffee flavor-not unpleasant- on back of palate. For me, it improved a great deal over the last 6 months - alcohol is less noticeable (I used Coravin)
