Tuesday, April 24, 2012 - Light and vibrant in color. This wine is a blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 10% cinsault. Not much on the nose. A small amount of fruit. Very closed nose. Big mouth...lots of fruit and acidity. Balanced tannins. Some smoke and bramble. Excellent wine. Shows much better than the 2009. Hopefully the next vintage will improve with time.
