90 Points

Sunday, May 13, 2018 - Deep brick red with brown edges. A bit of leather on the nose with dark plums, a little burnt cherries, bark and touch of potpourri. Medium dry tannins (5.5/10) and medium bodied. Acidity is a bit high on the palate with notes of dark raspberries, leather, cherries, sandy and stewed fruits mixed with baking spices. Long and dry finish. Drink now.

Doing well for a 21 year old wine. A little tired with the acidity taking the lead and taking it a little bit past the peak. Definitely fun to try.
