Wednesday, May 20, 2020 - Our aromatic superstar, along with our Fronton Négrette, the Lacrima fruit has reached the point where it supports the rest of the wine, instead of overpowering it. With a few minutes of air, the blackberry/violet/savory lavender perfume still tickles the nose and complements the balanced, both in tannins and acid, wine underneath.
