Friday, March 25, 2022 - Pale yellow, developing a tinge of gold. Complex aromas of honey, gardenia, walnut, stony minerality, a hint of fresh mown lawn. Perfectly centered, medium-bodied fruit on the palate, lemon and yellow plums, lovely broad halo of acid, smooth aromatic transition into the long finish. Perfectly balanced, stunningly delicious. 13% alcohol.
