Wednesday, March 26, 2014 - Pop and pour. This has an enticing aroma full of black fruit and bramble. Palate is full of the same. Some initial rough edges (flabbiness) smooths out with air which also adds some complexity. Don't strongly disagree with others description of open for business but would suggest giving it some air at this time.
