Sunday, June 28, 2015 - Decanted for several hours and consumed over three days. Second bottle with the same experience as the first. Earthy and extremely tart-acidic-sweet and barely consumable, even with food. Will wait until 2017 before trying the next bottle. Used to think I had a "Parker Palate", but after RP's reviews of this wine and the 2012 Caymus Anniversary, I'm beginning to wonder.
