Wednesday, June 15, 2016 - 1996 Barolo & Barbaresco Blind (L'Apicio, NYC): [Double decanted at 8am.] Muted medicinal nose. Backward, thick. Chocolate and black cherry. Doesn't taste at all like Giacosa. Maybe an off bottle?
