Saturday, October 26, 2013 - Warm, spicy and very rich on the palate with dried fruit, gingerbread, chocolate, peppermint, liqorice and raisins. The tannins are still pretty robust and the acidity is fresh but the oak is not yet fully integrated and shows some bitterness. A rather complex wine with lots of nuances.
