Thursday, December 27, 2018 - Medium golden, weak legs @12.5% abv. Developed aromas of petrole, lemon, tropical fruit, candied pineapple. Dry, high acidity, medium(-) alcohol and same body. Medium initially citrus-driven palate with lemon, lemon peel, followed by starfruit, and specks of white pepper. Slightly astringent, misses some body and follow-through in the mid-palate. Good length, bracing acidity and rambutan roaring in the finish.
