Sunday, March 5, 2017 - Took about a half hour for this to start opening up and showing some fruit. Still very light for a Cab/Syrah. My wife (who is not a huge consumer of reds) enjoyed it because it was delicate and balanced. Didn't have any Cayuse funk either. Would be fun to taste this blind against a rich CA pinot like KB! Looking forward to seeking how the (much warmer) 2012 vintage shows...
