Monday, October 26, 2015 - Like most 2012 Cayuse this was showing well early. Pop n pour it was all liquid earth, tobacco leaf, tart plums, coffee grounds, smoke and ash. Was a great pairing with pan seared ribeyes and roasted root veggies.
