Saturday, July 5, 2008 - Considering that I held onto this bottle longer than I had planned, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it held up. Very smooth texture. Flavor was slightly oakier and less French-style than I remembered from my initial tasting at the winery. Paired well with a range of food.
