Monday, December 25, 2023 - Black as midnight with brown edges under the light. Brown sugar and chocolate on the nose. Velvety and viscous texture with intense notes with notes of dark chocolate, lime zest, caramel, oats, and zipping acids. Lovely wine, quite unique.
