Tuesday, June 21, 2016 - Excellent. Looks like motor oil. Viscous, coats the glass and then your mouth. Sweet, but not cloying with just all kinds of flavors and layers of nuance going on. It was the end of the night and I didn't take notes, but definitely some baking spices and just so much more. Wow.
