Monday, December 28, 2020 - From Coravin - very thick, luxurious mouthfeel, full of honey, figs and prunes, but with a nice acidity to balance the sweetness. We had it with dessert, but I think it would pair better with blue cheese. Also, would likely go with smaller pours next time. This is a very potent glass, and a little goes a very long way.
