Tuesday, March 3, 2015 - Bright ruby with rose halo. Cherry & strawberry on the nose. Red fruit with floral notes, cherry & rose, some spice. Light to medium body, quite silky in the mouth, smooth moderate finish. Paired with Filipino Crispy Pork Knuckles (Crispy Pata).
