Sunday, February 12, 2017 - It tastes like a typical, ripened Riesling selection. Quince dominates the nose, paired with vanilla, honey and rhubarb. It also has some butter on the palate. Here rhababer impresses with a pleasant level. The complexity is pronounced. There is still a delicate, fragile acidity, some minerality and a pleasant, if not eternal, length.
