Saturday, January 17, 2015 - Very light and easy-drinking wine. Pretty florals, crisp and fresh, and a touch of mint on the finish. Not the most complex St. Laurent that I tasted, but for the price, it’s a good introduction to the grape. Serve at 15C. Drink now. Food pairing idea: apéritif, stir-fries with chicken or pork and lots of spice.
