Saturday, April 19, 2014 - Bright and energetic. Full bodied wine from Pinot Noir grapes. Really tight bubbles that scour the palate. Cleansing and brisk, with nice earthy and mineral elements. Dry and clean. Needs some air to shine. Savart is the jam!
