Sunday, December 21, 2014 - Fabulous bottle of wine. Silky smooth, and still very vibrant and alive. Butter-like texture with creamed black fruits that coat the tongue and provided a perfect compliment to the steak we had at Capital Grill. A very special bottle of wine, shared with very special friends, that didn't disappoint. How many times when selecting a wine for the evening do you move past some of your top bottles, thinking "Is this the right night?" Too many for me. Glad I pulled the cork on this one.
