Sunday, March 18, 2018 - Gorgeous nose of black currants, dried flowers and woodsy notes. On the palate the currants are joined by blackberry and cedar. Medium tannin with relatively high acidity, the structural components form a nice counter to the ripe fruit, keeping it all in balance. Probably the most Bordeaux-like Leonetti we have ever had, reminded us of a top quality St. Estephe. Plenty of time left. www.advinetures.ca
