Thursday, July 17, 2014 - light golden yellow at the eye. Typical Sicilian chardoonay, elegant and classy, with vanilla, citrus and clear almond. Fat enough, butter. If compared to other Sicilian chardonnays, Tasca shows less overwhelming (althogh 14.5° alcohol) and less boisee. But also a little bit less complex. HOwever it is a great wine. Probably best in a couple of years from now
