Saturday, January 2, 2016 - Last of three bottles. Time was not this wines friend. Sour spicy with little hints of fruit but too sour too enjoy even with a seriously rich fish with loads of sauce. Maybe some mineral but I just dumped the rest of my second glass. It was once a decent wine. Passing on CA sparklers as much better IR, WA, MI and NY state options.
