Friday, December 18, 2015 - Lots of red fruit, not overly tannic. Seems to hit just the right spot. Drank it over 3 days with 3 different meals: spaghetti, boneless chicken wings, and enchiladas. Worked well with all three but probably best with the spaghetti, then the enchiladas. Bottle did not deteriorate over the 3 days.
