Monday, May 4, 2015 - A really pleasurable (well balanced) blend of what I want in a white . . . . Expressive nose of stone fruit, melon, flowers, plus a hint of vanilla & spice from the French oak adds a nice touch. Just super easy to drink and good with food. This actually went perfectly with lasagna (seriously). Round in the mouth, but also a nice acidity that adds structure without making it sharp.
