Saturday, September 28, 2019 - Our very first Marcassin. Opened and poured. Quite refined and elegant....sophisticated nose, showing some secondaries. Braised tost, some sagey/licorice notes. Not too flabby, showing the right weight and density. Polished, full bodied with depth.
