Tuesday, June 7, 2016 - Light straw yellow, slight green reflection. Open nose, primarily citrus fruit, peach, subtle green herbal notes, a little beeswax. On palate, subtle sweet start, quite rich texture with soft acidity and finishes dry. In a very nice spot and was commendable pairing with sushi.
