Tuesday, December 12, 2017 - Had my last bottle today. Still maintain that it has some Rhone wine features, more on the rich side. Chateauneuf du Pape? Smooth and long, dark berries, smoothed tannins. Had it with papet vaudois (which classically goes with white chasselas) and a rustic cheese plate. Too bad it was the last bottle!
