Tuesday, November 2, 2010 - Very prominent oak in the nose overpowers the otherwise very pretty aromas of Mashed potatoes with butter, toasted almonds,and fresh dough. The first night the acidity was almost too much, although balanced some of the other richer flavors. Second night everything is more balanced with the fresh citrusy flavors shining through. Finish is long with a little welcomed "bite", citrus zest and sandalwood.
