Saturday, May 21, 2022 - The original green hues of flavour have softened to be sweater and more golden. Wine is still balanced and enticing with lots of gooseberry and very ripe kiwi fruit and yellow capsicum. Acidity is lively to keep the wine fresh and not cloying.
