Thursday, March 2, 2023 - Decanted 1 hour. This wine continues to drink very well with notes similar to my last tasting in 2021: Dense dark fruit with notes of back cherry, raspberry, earth, hint of spice with great mouthfeel and long finish. Tannins are well integrated. Paired with grilled Wagyu ribeye steaks.
