Saturday, March 16, 2024 - Really good with steaks tonight. Wonderful example of a mature Bordeaux. Dark fruit up front-blackberry currant plum with a nice earthy backend with hints of dark chocolate, mint, forest floor, limestone, herbs. This will be good for a while.
