Sunday, May 25, 2014 - This was a very nice wine. It needed a few minutes to open as the initial fragrance was less inviting. But over time, it became smooth, less tannic, and typical Bordeaux with less fruit forward, more reserved. We had it with a red beet and feta cheese salad...perfect with the Italian olive oil and aged Balsamic.
