Sunday, December 16, 2018 - What a nose! Soft nuanced and a touch of earth. I popped at four and sipped from 5 on. Dinner of pot roast could not have been better as the wine cut throu the richness of the food. By 7, the wine was softening and tells me this is a riper wine then many expect. Drink now thru 2025.
